Collective Alchemy – A Field Read – via Founder/originator, Sarah Whiteley

This field read has come about through relinquishing and stepping back from the role of stewarding and co-sensing: this granting space and capacity for regaining integrity as Founder, at the field level, and fully participating as originator and co-creator of the practice. The Essence of the field read is: CALLING FOR A PAUSE IN OUR PORTAL WAVE CO-SENSING AND PORTAL DAY PATTERN – INVITING A SUMMER RECESS (VACATION) – FOR REST, REFLECTION & INTEGRATION before moving onto the next phase. Specifically, in our practice field of Collective Alchemy, ‘FIELD FATIGUE’ was sensed over recent months, and clearly named last portal

The harvest of Collective Alchemy practice as a portal to the Via Creativa

In recent months, I have been engaging with the full arc of the harvest of our Collective Alchemy journey from April 2020 to December 2021. Looking back, we are seeing that period as ‘phase 2’ of the action research that Collective Alchemy has been since its beginnings back in August 2017. Part of the joy of having a written harvest of our practice is that we get to engage with it creatively after the fact. What I offer here is only one thread; every person who chooses to engage with it will do so in their way, and draw out

An era shift in the practice of Collective Alchemy

Stepping beyond “the third door”: Placing all that is being relinquished from the stewarding roles in the centre, so that those engaging from the field are aware of what is there, potential, etc. As named in our most recent portal day invitation/announcement, 18 February: “Time to step through “the third door” we are moving beyond the dual path of the via positiva and the via negativa, and into the via Creativa. As part of this, “What has now become clear, therefore, is that the time has come to close this phase and form of practice, begun in April 2020. A

Harvest of Alchemical Hang-out — 4 February 2022

Looking back on the harvest of almost two-years of intense and systematic collective practice we can see that an important aspect of what we (every person who has participated in Collective Alchemy practice) have been engaged in is a form of deep, intentional meaning-weaving. Our harvest turns out to be a rich and complex, multidimensional tapestry that will speak differently to each person who engages with it, redolent with multivalent, archetypal imagery and metaphor. These webs of meaning are psychoactive: they are an important element of the alchemical fire that transforms us into fitter vessels for a higher-frequency future to

Framing: This is the first Portal Day in 2022.Now is the newness for us all. We’re moving in the energy of the fire cycle as a collective.Today we are building the fire, after tending the embers in our hang-out and fanning the flames with our co-sensing.As a collective, our last Portal Day was on December 18, but collective alchemy is in the world all the time these days. All around the world, we honour the season we find ourselves in. An appetizer from Lyn, unable to join us today:I so appreciated the event write up…Some of its sparkle below, if I may,

Harvest of Collective Alchemy circles—17 December 2021

We begin our exploration with the image of the web. What’s visible when we sprinkle water on the web between us? The web becomes richer as the richness is revisited—that revisiting is also a practicethat strengthens the web.Bouncy castles and bungee ropes, tensile threads becoming true matter. The silence and slowing down are like the droplets that make the web visible—and those droplets are sometimes tears. There is joy, willingness and comfort in connection, and yet sometimes those droplets are shattered off immediately;when there are high vibrations in the webthe whole becomes visible. Is it always there? The bottom of the web is home,a place of rest,
